At Flabelus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your shoes are not a perfect fit, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return them for an exchange or a full refund. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for processing.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn Flabelus shoes in their original box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
